Script Falcon provides an AI-powered tool to generate short film scripts and other written content based on user-provided prompts. You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose.

You retain 100% ownership of all scripts and other content you generate using the Service ("Generated Content"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you create. You are free to use your Generated Content for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without any attribution or royalty to Script Falcon.

You are responsible for the prompts you provide and for ensuring that they do not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that violates the rights of any third party.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
- Using automated systems, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
- Using the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise tortious or unlawful.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Script Falcon makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Generated Content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Script Falcon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
