You retain 100% ownership of all scripts and other content you generate using the Service ("Generated Content"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you create. You are free to use your Generated Content for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without any attribution or royalty to Script Falcon.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts you provide and for ensuring that they do not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that violates the rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
  • Using automated systems, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
  • Using the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise tortious or unlawful.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Script Falcon makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Generated Content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Script Falcon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
